WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE … IT’S TERROIR :
Located at a height of 150 meters on the top of the Montravel hills on the right banks of the river Dordogne the white clay-limestone soil full of “tuff” is an ideal ground favourable to white wine and particularly to Sauvignon.
TASTING :
Dry white wine with grapefruit, pear and lime flavour with a hint of blackcurrant bud.

SUGGESTION FOR ACCOMPANIMENT :

Serve chilled but not ice-cold.
Delicious with appetizers.
Perfect with fish shellfishes and seafood
Subtle with sheep and goat cheese
