WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE... ITS TERROIR :

The Montravel red wine is a sumptuous wine can be favorably compared with the great wines in St Emilion, its neighbours. With top conditions of production, a density of 5000 vienfeet/ha, and a strict limitation of production. Calcareous and clay soils of hillsides of Libournais gives a terroir mostly favourable to the varietal expression of red grapes as merlot.

TASTING :

Caracteristic color of great wines, intense garnet red. Expressif on nose, its taste shows a good balance and tannin structure. Intense aroma of black berries, blackcurrant, morello cherry, with vanilla from the wood. Long and persistant soft taste in mouth.
