Bilberries and blackcurrant aromas
Our Bergerac Rosé is made essentially from cabernet sauvignon, early harvested, and few merlot to give a crunchy touch. Grapes, after a short maceration are pressed cold, what gives to the wine its lovely pale color. Fermentation is made at low temperature in thermo-controlled tanks. Bottling is made quickly to keep its fruits to the wine.
Pique-Sègue Bergerac rosé shows the characteristics of an exceptional rosé: fine aromas, peach, redcurrant, freshness and elegance of taste.
Cool but not icy to preserve its fine aromas. Ideal at aperitif, all along the year and especially at hot time.. Exotic cooking, salads, curry, are its best companions.
