Rich aromas of red cherry, blackcurrant
King on the hills of Libournais, from Saint Emilion to Port Sainte Foy, merlot is planted in calcareous and clay soils where it arrives with the finest expression. Harvested by ourselves when optimal maturity for each parcel of vines. Fermentation in thermos-regulated tanks, constantly surveyed by our winemaker and oenologist, vinification occurs with, when needed, pure oxygen on the musts (micro bubbling).
Aromas of red and black fruits: cherry, blackcurrant, red current, black berry, with a softstructure for a fruity wine.
To be served at local temperature after quick aeration. Good to accompany any dish.
